Growing up as a native San Franciscan, I could tell you the going per square foot rate in the top 10 neighbourhoods in San Francisco and where the schools ranked.

I knew which areas were predicted to hit the Top 10 List for appreciation, and the 3 ways I could finance an investment property there. I knew that

Yes, this is totally weird stuff for a 10 year old to know… but it wasn’t weird in my house. It was just the fabric of my childhood. My love of real estate started sitting around dinning room table with my family, which is where I spend most of my time with my clients now, sitting around the dinning room table, talking about their dreams for their family, their life, their legacy.
